Shipping Policy

SUNHOOPOWER offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free UPS Ground/ FedEx Ground shipping on most of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. After you place your order, we will ship your order within 1-2 business day. Shipping times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.

We have local warehouse in USA and the shipping time is around 2-5 working days mostly. 

Destinations

We only ship orders to Continental US.

Currently we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

All our products are ship from US warehouse in Los Angeles.

• Shipping cost is calculated by weight at checkout page.
• Shipping method: UPS, FedEx

Shipping time

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping time: 3-7 working days

All orders must have a valid street/residential address as it cannot be sent to PO boxes

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawall, and Puerto Rico

We only ship to the 48 states in the United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we are unable to deliver due to logistical reasons.

Regarding the large quantity order/full container shipping, please contact us here or at info@sunhoopower.com, and we will provide you a more suitable shipping method.

US taxes and duties

Taxes on the products will be borne by the customer, Tax (vary by region) will be calculated at checkout.
